Returns: You have 15 calendar days to claim us your request to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be reported to us (by email) upon your reception and returned in the same condition that you received and reported it. If your return is approved, we will offer you the same product (this second shipping will be on our charge) Or we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If your return is agreed to be replaced by a new product, the shipment of the new product will be on our charge.
